Hi! I'm Jermaine Sheppard
Jermaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double concentration in Finance, and Risk Management & Insurance.
Licensed to practice real estate since 2007. Jermaine brings an abundance of skill and expertise to the drawing board.
Jermaine began his real estate career as a loan officer at a small mom-and-pop real estate company. After spending a lot of time being around fellow real estate agents in the office, he closed his first loan and decided to obtain his real estate sales license.
Jermaine’s experience includes working at Re/Max, Farmers Insurance Group, intern at CalPERS investment office, and over 12 years of tax compliance experience working for a government agency as a tax auditor and business tax compliance specialist.
Jermaine’s specialty is showing real estate investor clients viable income-producing properties, selling distressed homes, and warehouse purchases.
The unique approach Jermaine brings to the real estate market is he will find you the right property, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of problems, and at the right time.
Originally born and raised in San Francisco, Jermaine moved to Solano County in 2003 and now is residing in Sacramento.
As a collegiate football player, he graduated with an Associate degree from City College of San Francisco then later completed a Bachelor of Science degree from Sacramento State University in 2008 majoring in Business Administration with a double concentration in Finance, and Risk Management & Insurance.
Jermaine aspires to be a Certified Financial Planner one day to fulfill his dream of teaching financial literacy to the youth in underrepresented communities across California.
As a former collegiate athlete, Jermaine enjoys exercising, weight training, and staying up to date in the financial world by evaluating the Stock market, Cryptocurrencies, and FOREX.
